Dissapearing Messages

Hi,

Is there any reason as to why sometimes during a process a message will appear and sometimes it doesn't. We have Multiple messages which are set during a transaction, all of them do get hit every time, however in random instances only 2/3 for example will show and 3/3 most of the time. This seems very odd..
