Accessing Nav Websercvie from Java gives 400 bad request

Hello

I'm trying to request a NAV webService from apache-camel route.

i have this exception

 org.apache.cxf.transport.http.HTTPException: HTTP response '400: Bad Request' when communicating with http:

and in Nav webservice log :

Any hint ? is it a NAV configuration problem?

I tried the same with many NAV webservcie and get the same error.
