In the approval user setup, I have unlimited Sales Approval, Unlimited Purchase Approval, Unlimited Request Approval checked, and no approval ID for my user ID, but I still can't release a sales document. And when I run the Approval use setup test, I get "Approval ID must have a value in User Setup: User ID=EASTWEST\F00010. If cannot be zero or empty"
I 'm an approver, and do not require approval from anyone else. I 'm also using direct approver in the workflow setup.
Can anyone help?
