User Wise Restricting the Posting Options in Purchase Order Posting

Hi,

Is there a easy way to user wise restrict posting options in Purchase Order Posting. i.e. Some users should see/enable "Receive", some users should see/enable "Invoice" and others should see/enable all the options.

Can we do this using Permission Set or any other way using NAV standard functionalities?
