lets assume you have an store/ shop for Books and the customer can choose if he wants the receive the book in printed or a eBook.
Is it possible to setup up NAVto fulfill the eMail shippment?
Would you handle the ebook as "classic" sale or would you just end up adding an activity? Let's alos assume that the books are free of charge.
