We are using exchange 2013 and Microsoft Dynamics 2009.
I am trying to use the smtp setup which is currently pushing our emails out through the gfi address. Users have reported a 30 second delay when using this smtp method.
I would like to setup NAV so that emails could be sent through our exchange 2013 server. I have went into SMTP setup and changed to mail.xxxxx.com and sent a test email but I am presented with the following error:
"The SMTP mail system returned the following error: (0x8004020F): The server rejected one or more of the recipient addresses. The server response was 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay"

I am trying to send emails through the smtp from saleorder@xxx.com (whom I have send on behalf of rights).
When I put my login details into the smtp - it send the email
When I put in SalesOrder login details - it crashes
When I set it as anonymous - it crashes
